'The Golden Couple'

Sascha Kindred and Nyree Lewis, otherwise known as the 'golden couple' of disabled sport, are two of Great Britain's most successful paralympians of the last decade, amassing 20 Paralympic medals between them including an amazing 8 golds. I am the brother of Sascha and am tracking their progress from Athens 2004 to London 2012. Read about their journey to Paralympic Glory here!

Dear Golden Couple followers.....

FYI

Sascha will be swimming in 3 main events (50m Butterfly, 100m Breast stroke and 200m Individual Medley).

Nyree will be swimming in 4 main events (100m Backstroke, 100m Breast stroke, 400m Freestyle and 200m Individual Medley).

Both will also be swimming in relays (will update you with details shortly).

I have listed the schedule of when they are swimming Below. This includes details of the time and holder of the current world record.

Remember that the BBC will be showing coverage on the 3rd, 7th and 20th. You can also watch highlights every night from 23:00 at
www.paralympicssport.tv.
