'The Golden Couple'

Sascha Kindred and Nyree Lewis, otherwise known as the 'golden couple' of disabled sport, are two of Great Britain's most successful paralympians of the last decade, amassing 20 Paralympic medals between them including an amazing 8 golds. Watch Highlights of the European Swimming Championships on the BBC

That's right folks, if you can't get enough of Paralympic Swimming, the BBC have put together a highlights programme from the IPC European Swimming Championships in Reykjavik, Iceland, which will be shown on the 28th October between 12.20 and 01.10am.

So stay up late, set your Sky+ or even watch it on BBC iPlayer (will be on for one week) to see Sascha and the rest of the GB Paralympic Swim Team top the medal table in Iceland.
